Greetings in the name of the Lord to all my blogger friends. Thank ya’ll (all of you) for being who you are. I am so thankful that God put you in my life and that He allowed me to have the wonderful opportunity to meet everyone of you and to call you my friend. May He continue to bless each and everyone of you with much love, joy, peace and good health! Today is my birthday and thank ya’ll for greeting me! Last Saturday I had my advance birthday party and praise God, everything went well! There were lots of foods that we served! Adobo, barbeque, kare kare, pancit, lumpia, palitaw, kutsinta, paella, ano pa ba? wahh di ko maisip.. And thanks God for blessing me a lot, to all my friends who helped me and to those who came, I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! You made me so happy eventhough that nung araw na yun dun hiniwa ang tyan ng kapatid ko to get her baby, 5 months pa lang po ang baby but they had to get her and she’s now in an incubator.. My sister is still in a critical condition as well as the baby.. But I know that the Lord will take care of them.. I entrusted their lives unto the Lord! they named the baby after me, Precious Melody! Isnt that cute!???? I do praise the Lord for blessing me a lot.. and today is also our second year wedding anniversary! Thanks God for blessing me a wonderful loving husband! Friends, you dont know how much you made me happy.. Sometimes we dont understand our situation, but we have to remember that God has a purpose for everything!
Saturday was really a busy day for me, for my Sweetheart, for my inlaws and for some of my friends! I do thank ya’ll for doing it for me.. Bing, Ate Rachel, Ate Teofila, Kerry, Brian, Bro. John, Ledjie, Venus, Izel thank ya’ll for helping me cook the foods.. I do appreciate it a lot friends! And to all who came, who sent their gifts, who called and who showed their love to me, thank ya’ll so much! And to all my friendster’s friends, thank ya’ll for greeting me! Friends, sorry my camera was messed up that day, and I had a friend who did the picture taking but they dont know how to send it through computer so I guess I have to wait until her son comes to her house and send the pictures to me.. These pictures were taken with my digi cam but it wasnt working right.. So i will just wait until my friend send it to me..
Birthdays are generally associated with celebrations. Partying, receiving good wishes, gifts and holidaying without any care in the world. These are the main themes of everyone’s birthday. But for me I really want to talk to Him on my birthday and this is my prayer today:
God, thank you very much for bringing me in this world. Without Your power, I would not have been here. God, I also thank my parents for bringing me to this world with your blessings. I am especially obliged to my mother for taking my care when I was inside her body. God, I thank my father for showing me how to live in this world and eventhough he left me in my early days. God, today, I thank everyone who has played any role in helping me in my life till today. I also thank the earth, the sky, the nature and everything You created without which the life would be no where.
God, I also apologize to everyone today. I might have knowingly or unknowingly hurt many people in my life. I apologize to them. God, I might have done many wrong things in my life but I have also done few good things with Your guidance. God, I am truly nothing without You. I know that I may not get all that I want and may not reach all of my goals, but with Your guidance and grace I will try to achieve as many of them as possible for Your glory alone. I want to contribute in a small way to make this world a better place. Please guide me about that. What should I do so that I get inner satisfaction of doing something for the society, for all the people around me so that You may use me for Your highest glory.
Lord God, on my birthday today, I wish, hope and pray to remove all negative emotion from my heart. I want to cleanse my heart and refill it with feelings of love and joy that comes from You alone, Jesus. God, please help me celebrate my birthday the way You want it. Panginoon, Thank You so much! You are the greatest gift I’ve ever had! Praise Your Name on High oh Jesus Christ! I give You all the glory, honor and praises in Your Precious Name Jesus.. Amen!
